The GoFindStuff marketing site at gofindstuff.com does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. The GoFindStuff application at app.gofindstuff.com uses session cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We will update this page (and add a consent prompt) before introducing any non-essential cookies.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, and first-party fingerprinting signals) work in comparable ways. This policy uses the word “cookies” to refer to all of these.

Marketing site (gofindstuff.com): none. We do not load Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent tracker on this site. The site is plain server-rendered HTML.

Application (app.gofindstuff.com): the following cookies are strictly necessary and are set when you sign in:

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in across requests. First-party, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Cleared on logout or at session expiry.
• CSRF token — prevents cross-site request forgery on state-changing requests. First-party, Secure, session-scoped.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive, and we cannot disable them without breaking authentication.

• We do not run third-party analytics on the marketing site.
• We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
• We do not use session-replay or heatmap tools.
• We do not embed third-party social-media trackers.

If that ever changes, we'll update this page, add a consent banner, and block non-essential scripts until you opt in.

You can clear cookies in your browser's settings at any time. Clearing the application's session cookies will sign you out.

Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal and a Global Privacy Control (GPC) header. We honour these as opt-out signals to the extent required by applicable law.

We may update this policy when we add or remove cookies. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of the page.
